Mike Cearley has over 20 years’ experience in digital communications and helps clients build and make thoughtful, creative solutions in an always-connected world. He holds numerous Cannes Lions awards for his leadership on ground-breaking work.
His primary focus at FleishmanHillard is leading the firm’s Global Social & Innovation Practice Group, made up of 300+ of some of the best social-first practitioners in the world. Together, they set the vision, inspire and deliver on making great, progressive work, more and more of which is shaped by new technologies like AI. Under his leadership, FH is currently partnering with the industry’s most innovative technology and content providers to deliver on this promise.
Mike has grown up in digital agencies, working across various disciplines, leading teams of all sizes, and helping create new and exciting product offerings. Prior to agency life, Mike was a screenwriter and independent filmmaker. He graduated with a BFA in Acting from Texas State University.
